The acquisition brings 3 distribution branches in key Florida markets: Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville. "This is a very strategic acquisition that bolts-on an important geographic region and extends our platform that now covers Washington DC to Tampa Florida" said Ken Harris Allied Plywood's CFO. "This puts us in the number 1 spot in terms of full line distributors in the Southeast" Harris said. Allied Plywood will adopt the A&M Supply name.
