Formica Corporation Appoints A&M Supply as New Distributor in
Greater Baltimore/Washington, D.C., Market

CINCINNATI, Dec. 6, 2011 - Formica Corporation announces that A & M Supply Corporation has
been named the new distributor for Formica Brand Laminate, Formica Solid Surfacing, DecoMetal Metal
Laminates & Solid Metals and Formica Brand Adhesives in the Greater Baltimore/Washington market
effective Jan. 2, 2012.

to service inquiries - A & M Supply will initially operate from its main distribution center in Upper
Marlboro, MD., before opening a new facility in Baltimore in the first quarter of 2012. The distributor
also has a showroom design center in Springfield, VA., as well as a manufacturing operation in Marshall, VA.
